- Mizellen (von lat. mica = Klümpchen, kleiner Bissen), auch Assoziationskolloide genannt, sind Aggregate (Assoziate) aus amphiphilen Molekülen bzw. grenzflächenaktiven Substanzen, die sich in einem Dispersionsmedium (meist Wasser) spontan zusammenlagern.
