- În orice caz, presa pare să descopere resursa nebănuită pe care economia noului web o valorifică deja de câţiva ani: capacitatea publicului de a genera conţinut. Anonimii care au făcut Wikipedia sau care au scris mii de recenzii pe Amazon pot să facă şi un ziar local. Oamenii nu mai vor să stea şi să primească informaţii, vor să contribuie.
