Hi there,



I have been working with a US translation agency for some time now. I checked their credentials on the BlueBoard before taking on any assignment and found quite a lot of (very positive) entries from other Proz members.



Since the payment is a bit late now, and I have already reminded them, I just wanted to take a look at the BlueBoard again to see whether there has been any development or if anyone else is experiencing the same problems.

Since the payment is a bit late now, and I have already reminded them, I just wanted to take a look at the BlueBoard again to see whether there has been any development or if anyone else is experiencing the same problems.



However, I wasn\'t able to find their entry.



I have noticed that there has been a general BlueBoard cleaning in which double or incomplete entries have been removed.



But I doubt that the Proz staff has removed entries from agencies that have been rated very often.



Any idea what happened?

There has been some cleanup, consolidation, of the board, but nothing should have been lost...

I suggest you contact Giuliana Buscaglione or myself with the details; we have coordinated the BB Cleanup, and will check asap.



(Note that we have already suggested to implement a short note in cases where entries referring to the same agency under different names were merged, to facilitate retrieval.)
