Good question. Since you asked, I‘ve checked a bit the website and found the link below.

According to the link, the most recent past ProZ.com International Conferences were held as follows:

2012 － Barcelona, Spain
2013 － Porto, Portugal
2014 － Pisa, Italy
2015 － Rotterdam (your place!!)
