Off topic: Translation of a proverb

One of the most difficult tasks for a translator is to render the meaning and the spirit of such gems of Folklore as proverbs.
I would not like to repeat and to review all known to every translator axiomas, I would prefer to better illustrate how it can be done with a created proverb:

Ukrainian: Yake dilo, takyy striy.

Polish: Jake dzialanie, take ubranie.

Russian: Kakaya plata, takoye platye.

Bulg.: ? Rabota preporechva belezhki. ?
