For MT in MemoQ, why suddenly do I get The resource is opened for exclusive use by another process?

I have Microsoft Translator added as MT in MemoQ for my local MTPE project, and suddenly I didn't get any machine-translation suggestions any longer. I checked in the settings for the project, and the checkbox for Microsoft Translator was marked. I unchecked it in order to try to mark it again, but then this pop-up window displayed:

I tried already to restart MemoQ, but I still get this pop-up message displayed. ▲ Collapse
