A lot of time passed, but I still (and will) remember such a disobliging approach and such a total mess I have not yet seen anywhere else. I think these guys freeze the money when they have some "cash flow problems". And it is easy to find some formal reasons for that. STAY AWAY from them.

I had a problem with my PayPal account and manage to sort it out using credit card identification. Now, they do say very clearly they might lock it at any time and unlocking will be their choice! I think it has to do with the value of the transactions, does anyone know when they start getting alarmed? I worry because most of my clients pay me via PayPal.
