Well, here is my update.

The company did in fact take precautions and made sure to have a bank account outside Greece in place from where it could transfer money to its vendors.

So today I received the money in full from a German bank. Fine with me, as long as payment happens quicker next time

It does seem that Greek companies like the one I am referring to, who I deem highly professional, have taken the appropriate measures to make sure their business keeps going (at least as far as they have control over it).

What I would expect Jul 13, 2015

That's what I would have expected from a professional agency. They should be able to run most of their business on non-Greek accounts.

It looks as if we're getting another Greek fudge, so the whole thing will probably start over again in a few months' time.

This company certainly deserves 5 stars on the blue board for doing the professionally right thing under trying business conditions.
