Horrible tables!

Hi friends of Proz,
Very recently I experienced a horrible situation while reviewing a word doc file. There were many tables there in that English to Bengali translated text. But they were kept invisible. I was comfortable enough in reviewing that kind of text. It was a survey format for a company aimed at understanding the sense of satisfaction of its employees. Very recently I experienced a horrible situation while reviewing a word doc file. There were many tables there in that English to Bengali translated text. But they were kept invisible. I was comfortable enough in reviewing that kind of text. It was a survey format for a company aimed at understanding the sense of satisfaction of its employees. As usual I was doing it in track changes.
During the reviewing process it did not show any problem what so ever in displaying the changes done in balloons. Naturally after the completion of the reviewing, I closed the document. After that, just before attaching the file, I opened the reviewed document for a last look. To my astonishment I found that apart from the first page of the text no change was saved! No balloons, nothing after that page only the original translation was showing. Seeing my labor ruined I was sweating out of frustration.
Luckily, I had enough time for reviewing the text once more. So did I and blamed myself saying that I might have not saved the reviewed text by mistake and pressed wrong button. To my surprise, I found that even this time, when I was over cautious of saving the document after the completion of every para, the same problem remained. Finally I had to take the permission of my client for extra time and did the review without track changes. This time there was no problem in saving it.
Have any body else experienced such problem? Is there any way that one could do the job with track changes option?

Sumit, I think that you better re-post or move this topic in the technical forum. Because this is a general technical issue and this problem can be happened to any language. In technical forum, you can get more suggestions from numbers of professional persons.
