Would you be interested in meeting other ProZ.com members for a virtual coffee/tea over video call? Feb 12

In small groups like the Remo networking sessions ProZ does for sure.

Otherwise, you need a moderator in case the attendance is high.

Smaller groups, for sure - hence we suggested using Remo Feb 12

I agree about groups that are too big (for networking). But when participants can see the floor with several tables (as you can with Remo), they can go and chat in smaller groups with the people they'd like to hang out with and even move from table to table.

Preferred day and times?

Gulp hell no that sounds far too much like partying, I would immediately want to run and hide in the bathroom or kitchen and for some weird reason those places don't exist in virtual hangout things.

(I mean it's weird because the people who write the code are usually as introverted or worse than the average translator, so you'd think they'd know how it feels)

You can be right, not sure, but let me just say that I am not introverted

You are clearly not an average translator!

Yes and no Feb 17

I would only be interested in a meeting in person in a rural English Inn, after an exhaustive cycling tour with Chris (please no more than 20 miles!), to meet Dan at the table, just arriving from fox hunting, with Baran already waiting with a cup of strong Turkish tea, listening patiently to one of Samuels long excursions about the pros and contras of sending reminders too early; the round completed by lovely Sandra and Portia, swearing about the typical English food served, while Tom is sitting... I would only be interested in a meeting in person in a rural English Inn, after an exhaustive cycling tour with Chris (please no more than 20 miles!), to meet Dan at the table, just arriving from fox hunting, with Baran already waiting with a cup of strong Turkish tea, listening patiently to one of Samuels long excursions about the pros and contras of sending reminders too early; the round completed by lovely Sandra and Portia, swearing about the typical English food served, while Tom is sitting in the neighbour room, leaving loud comments over the bad English spoken by all participants. No other Germans in the room, but one Austrian, who is very polite, but doesn't mean it. After one hour or so the door opens and who will be arriving? MH! The round still is not completed and I beg your pardon should I have forgotten any of you, because the bill goes to me, the German, as the most bills in Europe do.
