Problema al cargar un archivo para traducir en trados 2011

Cuando quiero cargar un documento para trabajar en trados me aparece la leyenda: el archivo no es válido, no se puede acceder al archivo, en origen pone: word 2007 2.0.0.0

y ademas: cannot find central directory, any ideas for help?
