I'm in need of an apostille service in Florida for a document I've translated and that will be used overseas.
Can someone provide a recommendation for a service in Florida?
Thanks!

State of Florida Sep 14, 2011

There are no "service providers" for apostille other than State Governments.

For Florida, you can start here: http://www.doh.state.fl.us/planning_eval/vital_statistics/apostille.htm

Yeah, I’m having the same problem!

I need to have the signature of a notary, who has acknowledged my signature, to be acknowledged. It has to do with some ‘Hague Convention’ in 1961.

How strange is this???!

Thank you! Sep 15, 2011

Thank you all for the replies.
I called the Dept of State and it is correct, you can request an apostille yourself directly from them.
It's odd because I remember seeing so many agencies that offered this service in Miami and it was very expensive. It'ss only $20 direct.
