"Revista" is almost always used to translate "magazine" and that is not what we are talking about here. Instead, we are likely talking about materials generated on a word processor, taken to Kinkos and bound there, and then distributed to employees of the company.

To clarify, "bound journals" is a term used by libraries to refer to given numbers of a periodical that are bound together and shelved in the library. However, this simply cannot be what is being referenced here, since the directive concerns *office communications*.
