English term

Shaa

English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature a poem about AIDS in zimbabwe
Children playing by the roadside
would watch funerals go by.
...Some would sit on road kerbs
telling friends “Ah, my mom has gone for a ‘funers’,”
or “Mum and dad slept at the ‘funers’.”
Some would play ball and say,
“There is a funers ****shaa****, give way.”

Is it a local word for "hearse" ?
