I know what is a vegetative micro-organism, I know what soporiferous means, but I never heard about "non soporiferous micro-organisms" and I am unable to find references about "them".
Any idea about what are exactly these non soporiferous micro-organism? Any useful reference?

I think is a misspelling. Sporiferous or sporulated.

There are microorganisms that are not able to produce spores.

That's the correct expression.
