honoraires fixes

Until now, I saw only "retainer fee" (but I assume this is the same thing) - this is a fixed, guaranteed amount, with other fees additional to this one. (Pro rata fees + success fee.)

The retainer fee is paid in advance or at a very early stage and makes part of the total payment for the work.
