Non-PRO French to English Other Furniture / Household Appliances
The context of the tourism deocument searches on French tourism sites show that this is a sofa-bed or convertible bed, but I'm wondering what the" BZ stands for

@SusanNicholls, a Z-bed is what the French call a 'chauffeuse'. A 'BZ' sofa bed looks like a lower case b from the side when folded and moves through the form of a Z the the same way a Z-bed does but it has a 'proper' frame and is not just mousse in cloth
