Tengo muy poco contexto y una redacción sumaria:
"Volvemos a juntar toda la TV para predecir"
Se trata de una campaña publicitaria y el contexto debe de referirse a que para hacer previsiones hay que tomar en consideración todo el volumen de anuncios en su conjunto.
Lo entiendo por ahora de esta manera:
"We have to consider again all the TV in order to forecast"
"Volvemos a juntar toda la TV para predecir"

I think that the word "history" summs up the idea of "all" that is taking into account to predict what's next. The words "ads" or "commercials" are just an option and are up to what you think 'sounds' best.
