English term
as little as
J'ai pensé à "dans un délai express/ maximal de 15 minutes suivant votre arrivée" (un peu lourd), ou encore "dans les 15 minutes suivant votre arrivée", mais dans ce dernier cas, "as little as" disparaît...
Merci pour vos suggestions !

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Then we could say "dans un délai express/record pouvant aller jusqu'à 15 minutes à peine après votre arrivée".... but it is so long, clumsy...

OK thanks media. for your explanation. Then I would say "en une quinzaine de minutes" because it would sound pejorative in FR to say "en minimum 15 mn" (we don't say this when what we mean is that it should be fast - isn't it what they suggest here?)

As noted in the discussion, 'from' should be omitted from the English (or maybe replaced by 'in').

Discussion
The translation should not lead readers to assume that the 15-minute period can be extended towards some shorter period.
And the source text is not 'evasive'. It's deceitful. It is designed to mislead readers - and as most of the answers on this page have shown, it has been quite successful!
"QUELQUES 15 minutes après votre arrivée" might convey the idea of a fast move while keeping up the evasiveness of the ST.
Same strategy as for sale items indeed : "à partir de X euro".
'as little as 15 minutes' does not mean, as suggested by Odile in her question, that it equates to 'dans un delai maximal de 15 minutes'. In fact, 15 minutes is the minimum time taken between arrival and getting airborne. The average time taken will be longer (and maybe much longer...).
It's like those slogans at sale time: "up to 70% off!" - which means there might be just one item with a 70% discount - and everything else is only discounted by 10%.
Btw: there's an error in the English - the word 'from' is superfluous. It should read: "you can be airborne as little as 15 minutes after your arrival."
