Use the English acronym. Not exactly the same notion as EBE, but close enough as makes little difference.
You can safely assume that the internal financing measure is abbreviated CAF, not CA.

No, EBE is 'brut', before depreciation/amortisation (like EBITDA), not after (like EBIT).

Thank you all for your help and explanations - I've recorded it for future use. I'll keep it open until I hear from the client.
EBITDA and EBIT: both are gross profits (earnings BEFORE any other calculation).
