Si vous froissez du monde à l'intérieur de la boîte pour dénicher un contrat avec un gros client, personne va en faire un maladie et dire "Du calme, ralentis un peu / calme ton jeu ..."

Pour s'aligner avec "ticket" qui évoque un gain, un succès (l'habilité) à décrocher la prime, donc le contrat.
