Насколько я понимаю, в случае (i) речь о дистрибутиве игрового движка, который устанавливается на компьютере разработчика игры для того, чтобы можно было разрабатывать игру, а в случае (ii) — об исполняемых файлах и библиотеках игрового движка, предназначенных для распространения исключительно в составе дистрибутива разработанной игры (“solely as embedded or incorporated into Licensee Content”). Не уверен, что в данном случае эти исполняемые файлы и библиотеки следует называть «частью исполняющей среды» или «частью среды выполнения». Хотя вполне возможно, что я чего-то недопонял, несмотря на все объяснения оппонента...
