I defer to your greater knowledge of Polish. (Cf. "uposażony z tytułu ubezpieczenia" = the beneficiary of the insurance.) To me, "realizować umowy" means to sign (or conclude, or consummate, or execute) a contract, and not to perform under a contract. If you think it means the latter, then of course "z tytułu realizacji umowy" means "as consideration for providing services under the agreement". I do agree that "z tytułu" often means "as consideration for". However, in this case it was my opinion that "z tytułu realizacji umowy" meant literally "by way of signing (concluding) the agreement". Again, if you disagree with me, then Mysiński's answer is by far the most correct, and not Nekipelov's.

In my opinion "Z tytułu" means "for sth" (payment done).

"as compensation for its execution" is wrong. It is not only extremely unidiomatic, but "execution" here is ambiguous. In English, 99% of the time "execution" simply means signing the agreement! It does not mean performing under the agreement. Nekipelov's answer is closer to the correct meaning, except that she does not translate the author's words. (There is no reason not to translate the author's words, since the translation is perfectly good English, found more than 320000 times on Google (although I will concede that in many cases the context is a consumer contract, not a business or professional contract).
