English to Russian Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals

Reconstitution procedure followed:
Plastic caps from the vials containing buffered diluent and lyophilized powder were removed.
Transfer adapter was fixed to 5 mL disposable syringe.
This assembly was connected onto the vial containing buffered diluent.
The plunger was pulled back and 1 mL of buffered diluent was aspirated from vial into the syringe.
The assembly from buffer diluent vial was removed and connected it with the vaccine or placebo vial containing lyophilized powder.
Entire contents of the syringe were injected into the vial containing lyophilized powder.
With the syringe still attached, the vial was shaken and examined for complete suspension of the powder.
