Spanish term

extendiendo sus alcances a toda vinculación habida entre las partes

Spanish to English Other Law: Contract(s)
Hola! ¿Alguien que me ayude con una linda traducción?

Este Acuerdo de Confidencialidad comienza a regir entre las partes desde la firma del presente firma del presente, extendiendo sus alcances a toda vinculación habida entre las partes, aún anteriores a la suscripción del presente.

Gracias de antemano!

The scope of this Agreement shall extend to any and all relationships between the parties,

The scope of this Agreement shall extend to any and all relationships between the parties, including those existing prior to signing this document.

agree Cinnamon Nolan : I'd use the present tense instead of the future (...Agreement extends to...)

Its scope extends to all existing relationships between the parties

I would start a new sentence there.

"Its scope extends to all existing relationships between the parties prior hereto."

its limits extending to all and any past association between the parties

Linda - a good Canarian or Latin American descriptor I have never seen heretofore in 'connection' with a translation.

Past privity doen't work that well cf. una vinculación contractual: privity of contract
Example sentence:

... privity avoids allowing third parties to restrict the rights of contracting parties to amend or abandon their agreement.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Robert Carter : Not sure if that's workable contractually, but you'd know more about that than me. Can a new contract modify the terms of one that's expired? Doesn't it only extend to those that still exist?

Good second point made: see how the sentence ends: '...., aún anteriores a la suscripción del presente.' PS a past partner may still be liable for present partnership debts, just like - on a co- winding-up - past co. members on a 'B' contributors' list.
