MURABAHA CUSTOMER FINANCE AGREEMENT


Closing Date means, with respect to a Murabaha Transaction, the date specified in the relevant Sale Contract as the date upon which the Customer shall pay the Deferred Price applicable to such Murabaha Transaction to the Bank in full, being the last day of the Profit Period for such Murabaha Transaction;

Settlement Date means the date on which the Bank and the Customer sign the Sale Contract with respect to any Murabaha Transaction;
