> 11. Hold Harmless
The Subcontractor unconditionally agrees & undertakes to protect and hold harmless the Contractor against and from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, made against them, including attorney's fees, and any other fees / expense whatsoever , whether the same may be caused by their directors, officers and or employees or from any third parties by reason of any suit, claim, demand, judgment or cause of action initiated by any person or entity arising out or in connection with the Subcontractor's execution of the Subcontract.
The Subcontractor further undertakes/ accepts to compensate immediately, or settle /pay-on behalf of the Contractor or to the Contractor any amounts that they may incur or suffer arising out of any accident &/or claim &/or recovery that may result out of Subcontractor’s execution of the Subcontract, at their first demand.
