English term

assigns ever had or now have against

English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Bonjour,

Dans le paragraphe suivant, je ne vois pas comment traduire/formuler " assigns ever had or now have against ...

" MUTUAL RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF GENERAL CLAIMS
Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Wife releases and forever discharges the Husband, the Husband’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns from all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, sums of money, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, known or unknown, past, present or future which the Wife, the Wife’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns ever had or now have against the Husband, for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the date of this Agreement, including, without limitation, all claims against “separate” and “marital” property as those terms are defined in Section 236, Part (B) of the Domestic Relations Law of the State of New York. "

Voici une ébauche de traduction :
" Sauf mention expresse dans le présent Contrat, l’Épouse libère et décharge son Époux, ainsi que ses héritiers, exécuteurs testamentaires, administrateurs et successeurs de tous procès, actions en justice, causes d’action, dettes, sommes d’argent, conventions, contrats, litiges, accords, promesses, indemnités, décisions de justice, réclamations et revendications quels qu’il soient, en droit, en droit de l’amirauté ou en équité, connus ou non, passés, actuels ou futurs que l’Épouse, ainsi que ses héritiers, exécuteurs testamentaires, administrateurs, successeurs et assigns ever had or now have against the Husband, pour une raison quelconque, depuis que le monde est monde et jusqu’à la date du présent Contrat, y compris, sans s’y limiter, all claims against “separate” and “marital” property as those terms are defined in Section 236, Part (B) of the Domestic Relations Law of the State of New York. "

Merci à l'avance pour votre aide !
