agree Jean-Louis S. : bruits intestinaux//I entered my agreement before your added note; 'Hydroaérique' is fine too, esp. the abbreviation BHA which would fit here. When they are audible in a 'non-medical setting': borborygmes, gargouillements, gargouillis, etc.
