Il s'agit toujours de RQ-PCR je présume.
Le contrôle négatif est en fait un "morceau" d'ADN ne contenant pas la séquence amplifiable; il permet de mesurer le "background total" de la réaction (plaque + réactif).
Littéralement ce serait un "contrôle non amplifiable", mais défini comme négatif dans tous les kits.
