English to Japanese Science Medical: Pharmaceuticals

Grow S. aureus cells in 100 ml of sterile TSB for 24-48 hrs in incubator.
Dilute S. aureus in buffer solution until achieve 1 x 10{0}8 {1}cfu/ml
Dilute to obtain final concentration of 1 x 10{0}5{1} cfu/ml.
Use for inoculum
Cut Masks into 9in{0}2{1} pieces
Add 50 ml of working dilution (inoculum) to Erlenmeyer flask.
Cap flask and shake on shaker for 1 min.
Determine bacterial concentration of flask at this point (time 0)
