chodzi po prostu o zaciąganie zobowiązania umownego w imieniu drugiej strony i tyle, a "uczone" wywody Polangmara to trochę taka oczywista oczywistość ;-)

disagree Polangmar : "Create" znaczy dosłownie "stworzyć", a więc najbliższym znaczeniowo jest tu czasownik "zawrzeć" (lub "sporządzić"). "Przystąpić" to "enter into", a w podanym kontekście bliższe temu jest "assume". "Podpisać" to "execute" lub "sign".
