2. I write this position statement in response to the request of the family that the maternal grandmother, Anna Iksińska, be assessed as a connected persons foster carer for Adam under schedule 4 of the Care Planning Regulations (2010).
3. I have produced a positive schedule 4 assessment of Mrs Iksińska which I understand is filed separately.
4. However, I have been informed by the Agency Decision Maker, Ann YYY, that before she is able fully to approve of Mrs Iksińska as Adam's foster carer in his parents' home ...
