English term (edited): form of relocation waiver and release agreement,, AmE

No caps needed. I don't recognis/ze this wording from the UK and surmise it is a US or Canadian form of security of tenure (protección oficial in Spain) for tenants post-sale of a property:

'... así como los "beneficios" que el vendedor > el arrendatario / tenant ? recibirá del comprador.'

'Lessee’s Waiver and Release of Relocation Benefits. In consideration of City's agreement to enter into this Lease, Lessee hereby waives any and all rights it may now have, or may hereafter obtain, to Relocation Benefits arising out of the City's assertion or exercise of its contractual rights to terminate this Lease pursuant to its terms, whether or not such rights are contested by Lessee or any other entity, and releases City from any liability for payment of such Relocation Benefits; provided, however, that Lessee does not waive its rights to Relocation Benefits to the extent that Lessee's entitlement thereto may arise out of any condemnation or pre-condemnation actions taken by the City or any other public agency with respect to the Premises. Lessee shall in the future execute any further documentation of the release and waiver provided hereby as City may reasonably require.'
