: al menos no se me ocurre otro término que refleje la idea de que está microfilmado, en todo caso se podría usar +inscripción* para registered, pero recorded admite solamente registro/registrado

grabacion
"record" como verbo, tambien tiene el significado de grabar. Ya que se trata de un microfilm, tiene que ser "grabacion" y no "registro," que tiene significado mas amplio.
