A "Save Team" in a Call Center of a company has the job of persuading customers who want to cancel to continue their contracts (often by offering special incentives like a free month of service--see reference). I could find no Spanish-language references for an equivalent term.
I could find no references for "Repeat Call Team" but I am thinking that this term might refer to customers who have made more than one phone call within a determined period of time, either about a single problem or about multiple problems.
