I am not sure what the difference is between this and "praticien adjoint contractuel". This concerns a foreign physician practising in a French hospital and who has held both positions. The PAC status is apparently something that applies specifically to foreign doctors and I guess it means they are working under a temporary contract? Previous Kudoz suggest "consulting physician" for "praticien attaché" (and also "part-ime physician" and "associate physician", which do not fit as "associate" would go with "associé contractuel" and this person has worked as a full-time "praticien attaché)., How can I make a clear difference between these two statuses?
Thanks!

Discussion
They are not necessarily foreign graduates - whereas "praticien adjoint contractuel" is a statute that concerns strictly foreigners.
