French to English Tech/Engineering Metallurgy / Casting

I seem to be stuck on the sense of the word 'autonomie' in this sentence. Does it mean that the company has a wide range of services so they can guarantee good price etc... or does it mean that they are independant and can therefore guarantee..... ? Any help would be much appreciated!!

Context:

intégrée qui lui permet de réagir et de
proposer le meilleur rapport qualité, prix,
délai, service, ceci afin d’être à l’écoute
de ses clients et de les accompagner
dans leur developpement et performances."
