Hi,
I am translating a hospital report for a patient with lymphoma and MDS.
The clinical examination reveals that they have 'no SFIU.' I have been unable to find SFIU, although the writer may have meant SFU (signes fonctionnels urinaires, urinary tract infections). What do people think?
Thank you!

Note from asker:
Thanks, but why is SFIU used here instead of SFU in the example you gave? |
3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "This is really useful. 'Urinary symptoms' or 'urinary tract infection(s) (UTI)' fit here."

There are only a few hundred Google hits for your suggestion, unfortunately. |

The author has presumably combined SF signes fonctionnels and IU infection urinaire
Here is the paragraph:
Examen clinique :
x kg, x cm
Asthénique
Pas de foyer pulmonaire
Pas de douleur dentaire
Pas d’arthrite
Pas de SFIU
Pas de signe ORL
Pas de splénomégalie
Ulcères face latérale du mollet droit connu
I would edit the question and provide this information too, but I can't. 'As per usual no context' is a very unpleasant thing to say.
