German term

Faszilation

German to English Other Human Resources
A specific skill that distinguish digitally competent employees according to the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW).

Context:

I have absolutely no idea what "Faszilation" should be and am coming up empty in my searches.

Facilitation

I"ve found this term translated in a neurological context as 'facilitation', and the context you give seems to support that, though using it in a business sense.
Example sentence:

The ability to facilitate employees to act in a self-organized way in keeping with the organization/company.

Fascilitator of employee empowerment

I don't think it's possible in English to "facilitate" employees to act in a self-organized way in keeping with the organization/company but you can "empower" them to act in such a way.

"Employee empowerment is giving employees a certain degree of autonomy and responsibility for decision-making regarding their specific organizational tasks. It allows decisions to be made at the lower levels of an organization where employees have a unique view of the issues and problems facing the organization at a certain level." https://study.com/academy/lesson/employee-empowerment-defini...
