German term

auf System Druck-Niveau

Proposed translations (English)

equals the systemic blood pressure

I believe that this is about peripheral artery disease and checking the ankle brachial index (ABI). One measures the pressure in the leg (systolic blood pressure of dorsalis pedis or posterior tibial arteries) and compares it to the left and right arm brachial systolic blood pressure (= systemic blood pressure). P[leg] is divided by P[arm] and the Index is obtained. Compared to the arm, lower blood pressure in the leg is an indication of blocked arteries (peripheral vascular disease).

In this case, follow-up measurement determined that the pressures are similar ( index is approx. 1) which means that dilatation intervention was successful
(Therapieerfolg).

It is, however, not usual to express it that way. Usually, the index is given.

Hope that helps.
