Oh Mediziner und ihre Abkuerzungen. Da brauche ich wohl erstmal eine Übersetzung ins Deutsche....

Das Ganze ist ein EEG Befund:

Unregelmäßiges alpha- m. diskont. Unregelm. li.-temporal, basale Fkt. stör

mein Versuch:
Irregular alpha(-??) with discontinuing?? irregularities left temporal, basal disfunktion???

Aber was bitte ist eine "basale Funktionsstoerung"?? Und worauf bezieht sich der Bindestrich nach "alpha"

Ich stehe warscheinlich etwas auf dem Schlauch...

Basale Funktionsst�rung bezieht sich IMO auf eine Funktionsst�rung der Basalganglien.

I assumed that m. is mit. And Zareh ist right, basale Funktionsst�rung is basal ganglia dysfunction in English.
