invoice payment terms
Dear Peers,
the following appears in the portion of a service contract that deals with the payment terms and I am truly stumped.
"Il Committente effettuera' i pagamenti a mezzo RIBA a 60 gg. d.f. f.m. dalla data di emissione della fattura da XXX"
My wild guess is that the Client will remit payment via an (RIBA =Electronic Bank Transfer?) 60 days after the first Thursday of the month following month end (gg. giorno Giovedi' d.f. dopo fine f.m. fine mese)
Any and all suggestions are welcome!!Thanks in advance for your help and Happy Holidays to all of you!

it should mean "if you date an invoice Dec 20 or Dec 25, in any case you have to consider the end of Dec, so the payment is due 60 days after December 30 on March 2 (as you wrote above)"... cheers
