I've found two instances of this term in a manual on performing checks (for wear, maintenance, etc.) on a "Measuring machine MAG/HU".
It refers to a a "cinghia poggi" and "cinghia poggi htd". I find "HTD belt" online, but nothing with "poggi" in Italian, or "rest" (as I suppose it might mean) in English.
Can anyone help me out on this?
