I prefer this to attic-shaped (an attic can be any shape), what about bathroom arranged to the shape of the under roof (or rafters, roof beams)?

I agree with the first answer as well. You could just describe it.
I also like the word mansard: "The upper story formed by the lower slope of a mansard roof."
