Italian term
ED
Italian to English
Medical
Medical (general)
diagnostic procedures
This is from the hospital history of a patient with a long list of problems brought about by years of obesity and smoking:
Nel [anno] eseguiti:
-ecocardiografia che mostra ectasia della radice aortica ... etc.
-ED arti inferiori aterioso-venoso: ndr
-RX piede: spina calcaneare a dx
etc.
What does ED mean here? I would say the 'E' possibly stands for 'esame' ... what does the whole acronym say, and how do we say it in English?
Thank you again and best wishes for 2018 !!

Thanks for the help! Sometimes they're just too simple for me (and you would think we would have this in Acromed by now). Auguri per un felice anno nuovo! |
