Discussion
w/g mnie "History of Court Law" to niefortunne tłumaczenie. Można powiedzieć "Court at Law, Honorable XXX presiding" albo "Court of Law", można też powiedzieć "Court rules". ale "court law" wydaje mi się niefortunne. Dlatego proponuję "procedural law" czyli:
Procedural law or adjective law comprises the rules by which a court hears and determines what happens in civil lawsuit, criminal or administrative proceedings.
