This phrase is taken from an article from a Brazilian finance magazine. The quote is from the CEO of a collections and credit agency. I believe this is a slang phrase and he insinuating that he does almost everything... but not sure.

I just don't have the truck
This is not an idiomatic expression. The CEO is just saying that his company carries out every part of its business itself except for logistics (transport) because he doesn't have the trucks to do it. Even though it's a credit and collections agency they presumably have day to day supply needs but have another company deliver stuff to them.

I don't think that could be misconstrued the idiomatic expression in English is "to have no truck with..." you can't separate the "with" from the rest of the sentence. I would write "trucks" despite the fact that in the original truck is singular.

I just don´t have the means
After affirming he does not do the logistics (which involes trucking..) he specifies he does not have the `truck´ i.e.: the means of... doing the logistics

I no longer own the truck
It sounds to me like he's saying that TODAY he doesn't work with the most basic part of logistics, owning the truck and delivering the goods. It's not an expression but yes, he seems to be insinuating he does almost everything. Everything but that.
