phonological group that constitutes

Or "group of phonemes" -- I couldn't find any good examples of "phonic group" or "phonetic group," so this may be safer.

Almost all examples of phonic/phonetic/phonological refer to studies of children learning to read in which the subjects (= the children) are divided into groups. So it was very difficult to find good examples that apply strictly to linguistic theory.

the phonic / phonetic group that constitutes a word /on which a word is based

phonics

Phonics is the study of the way in which spellings represent the sounds that make up words. It is related to phonetics, which is the study of speech sounds in general. In the United States the term is also sometimes used to refer to a particular instructional design such as that used by the commercial Hooked on Phonics products.

neutral Muriel Vasconcellos : "that constitutes a word" -- not your other answer. I'm having second thoughts about "phonic group" -- it's isn't really a term used in theoretical linguistics.
