Types of patient consultations
I'm translating a list of a patient's contacts with a particular clinic. For each entry, there's an item that indicates the type of interaction. The options (and my tentative translations) are as follows:
Primeira consulta (Initial visit)
Retorno (Follow-up visit)
Reconsulta (Office visit)
So consulta (???)
Thank you in advance for your advice.

single consultation
That means the patient visited the doctor just that one time.
Check Google for "single doctor's consultation" and you'll get a lot of results.

Comment: "Thank you so much! I agree with your translation. But given some quirky wording in the source text, I wound up making it vaguer and putting "simple consultation.""

Portuguese term (edited):
só consulta
only/just visit
It may be missing the accent. The word 'Só' (instead of 'So') means 'Only' or 'Just'.

: "Only visit" could work too, meaning the patient only went there for that visit and never enjoyed any other service from the clinic. Maybe that's what the context is all about.
